As I understand it, lingerie is no longer a part of the free review program, however it is showing up as available on my product search for items under a free review. Is this a mistake?

It's not a mistake per se so much as it is a "we haven't gotten there yet" situation. And if I recall correctly it was always in there even before lingerie was open for assignment.
