I have two items — Liberator items specifically — that I am considering reviewing. They were purchased some time ago on a different site, however they are the same exact items sold here on EF. The one problem is that the color I ordered is not offered by EF, and when you "grab" something for your assignment cart it forces you to pick a color. Can I/Should I still consider writing a review?

Yes! If the only difference is the color, that doesn't matter at all. I have a review for a vibrator that is actually purple but I had to do the red version for some reason, even though they have both. I think it had to do with the item being out-of-stock or something. I don't know. Anyway, color doesn't really matter. Just grab one of them and write your review. Make sure to say what color yours is and that you got it elsewhere (and that color isn't available at EF) and you should be totally fine! The color of the item chosen (if not for lingerie) simply changes the product view on the left. It'd be a slightly bigger deal if it was for lingerie because the different colors have entirely different product pages but even then, it doesn't really matter. So go for it!

I did that for a corset I own, but let everyone know it was purchased elsewhere years ago and is in a color not offered on the site.

I would still do it. Color difference doesn't change the product, so it would still be a helpful review. Like Nazaress said, just mention that you bought it somewhere else and thus have a different color than is offered on Eden. I'm pretty sure I've done this at least once for a vibrator or something.

I have written many reviews where the color was no longer available on EF or was out of stock.
