Is anyone else getting this when you upload a video? It has happened to be several times in the last few days and I have to try over and over again. I fill out the first page normally, upload the video, the progress bar takes its time, I do the associations page. Then, when it gets to my media library it shows the most recent video without a thumbnail and "Video is not published" below the title. I've left it like this and waited a few hours and it stays this way. I just had it happen two times in a row and don't know what to do. I'm curious to see if anyone else has encountered this.

Last night I had some issues with it loading fully, but it wouldn't let me hit the 'submit' button. There are a LOT of glitches going on right now with the review program, which is a GOOD sign because it usually means that they're fixing things and improving the site, but it is a bit annoying.
If you've cleared your cookies, tried a few times, and it's been going on for more than 24 hours I'd submit a support ticket about it. They'll be able to give you a better idea about what's going on.

Ryuson is right if you clear your cache and find that it still doesn't work then you need to contact someone. I would recommend emailing Carrie Ann or Jr. I believe it's both of them who you get into contact with about videos.

I did manage to push it through eventually. Next time it happens, I'll be sure to submit a ticket. Thanks!

Submitting a ticket is always a good idea; but, for faster results, email Carrie Ann or JR.
