#AskEden - Trouble submitting Descriptive Review?.

Okay, I'm having a little problem.

I was sent a DR item and I'm having a hard time submitting it.
I just joined another mentor class hoping to learn something and new, and it's not letting me submit the review to an administrator. When I click on the administrator bubble it only lives me the option to save it as a draft. Should I cancel the class I'm currently in and then submit the review? If I did that could I rejoin the class I was in?

I'm a little confused...
Never had this problem before

Sounds like a glitch with the system, I am guessing it does not know the difference between a regular review and a DR. I would send Jr a message and see if he can fix it for ya.

I wonder if after she clicks save to draft and preview if she went back in to the review as if she were editing it would solve the problem. It might be more that she's a student than anything else.

Stormy, I did try that. I was thinking it's because I'm a student too. I've done DR reviews before and I've never had this problem. This is the first DR I have ever done being a student.

I had that issue prior. I found that pressing administrator and then clicking save and preview and then going back to submit it to administrator right after, it lets you do it.

I couldn't tell you! I think maybe JR did something. I sent him a message and then I waited about 10 minutes and when I went back it was back to normal. I know now it's fixed, but how I couldn't tell you.

If you're in a Mentor class and have a Mentor, you would send it to Admin.
