So, I haven't had a relationship in almost 15 months
and I was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. I briefly dated one person a month ago, but that didn't go anywhere emotionally or psychically.

There are some long term relationships (over a year) that I have been in that in retrospect I wish I had been single!! I truly beleive it is better to be SINGLE than in a toxic relationship.

I'm in a long term. It has it's ups and downs. But when your in between take a nice long break because between my last two. I had a nice year off and it was fabulous, got to know myself a bit better.

I've never really been in a relationship.Nobody really wants to be with me the last guy claimed to want a relationship turned out to be abusive toward me.Sexually,mentally and somewhat physically.

I've been single since I split from my son's dad, almost three years ago. Mostly the reason I'm still single is because I really just don't have time to date properly while taking care of a special needs child. It didn't bother me for a while - I needed a relationship break after a long failed marriage - but it's starting to get frustrating by this point.

Ugh...It's been almost 6 years now. Yeah...I hate every moment of being single. My illness causes me to be sort of isolated from the outside world, so it is hard for me to really meet any possible companions. Needless to say, I am a very lonely, miserable, little lady right now.

I am currently interacting with people on FetLife though, so maybe I will wind up meeting that special someone one of these days. I just need to remember to stay hopeful.

My last serious relationship ended in '09. I don't consider one night stands and flings being in a relationship. If all you're doing is sleeping with the person, it's not a relationship, you're still single. Don't be that crazy person who confuses the two!
