We have talked about one night stands before. But what about longer one time deals? Anyone ever had a "weekend stand"? I'm making up this term right now lol.

A weekend stand would be where you meet someone for the first time and have sex with them more than once over the course or a weekend and never see them again.

There was one time where I met a guy for the first time and we slept together before the end of the weekend. We hung out the entire weekend, only slept together once, and never saw each other again. I was young though.

Dozens - but a long long time ago! I use to travel to South America on business and a steady gal that would greet me in Rio - very hot weekends!

Yeah same here. It wasn't sex all weekend, but there was sex before it was over

Nope. I have a really hard time separating sex and emotion. After having sex with an ex and the hurt that followed that lesson learned, I realized it wasn't healthy for me emotionally. More power to those who can and want to but it takes some time for me to go there with someone. My partner still teasingly gives me a hard time about how many dates we went on before being intimate and that was 3 years ago!

LOL Arch was supposed to be a sort of weekend stand. They just don't seem to stay one night stands with me.

Yes I am still young, but the time I am referring to was when I was 6 years younger. There is a large difference between 17 and 23 lol.

LOL same here. That's the only one I got. We kept in touch and meant to meet again, but at that young age it just wasn't realistic.

I also have a really hard time keeping emotions and sex separate, so for me, they only happen together, and if I really care about the person that I'm with.

No I prefer one night stands. Or one night stands over and over. Like I sleep with a guy say on the 3rd and then again randomly on the 15th. I consider those one night stands more then FWB's. More or less because FWB's are people I respect and am friends with. One night stands I do not respect, I am not friends with, and want to know nothing about them.

Yes, I've had those in the past. I used to call them weekend relationships because there was always something to them besides just the sex. Kind of like a if-we-only-lived-close r-this-might-work type thing.

I've done that too.
He kept hinting at sex the whole weekend, but my self esteem was too low to just tell him to fuck off... so we had sex once on Sunday morning and he dropped me off that afternoon.

Yes, I met a lad online once. It wasn't meant to be a weekend stand, but it ended up as such.. Sadly, he got kind of attached while I was there and when I told him afterwards that I didn't want to actually date him he got super bitter and angry, to the point of lying to me about me having given him an STD. So yeah, never really did that kind of thing again, hah.
