Was sex better with your partner before or after you got married? If it was better, what do you think changed and if it's worse, same question.. what do you think changed?

That depends on *when* in the marriage. Before marriage and in early marriage, awesome. During those hectic years of raising babies + long work hours (for both of us) + extra college classes and general chaos, not so good. Packed schedules and tired bodies took its toll. Now with the kids raised and us back to the basics, it's better than ever.

Before marriage because it was fun to figure out what the other person was into..we're still somewhat learning but we pretty much have everything figured out.

Thanks for the answers. I've been told that marriage ruins things by some people and I can see why some would say that but sex is one thing that should never be ruined. I think it can help a relationship due to the intimacy. I can see why having a hectic life would get in the way and make is less enjoyable and knowing everything your partner wants can take away a little bit of the fun sometimes but hopefully it doesn't stay that way. I'm not married yet but someday when I am, I want sex stay good haha

Sex was new and exciting before marriage, but I would have to say it gets better the longer we have been married. We have learned a great deal about each others wants and desires. The sex becomes much more comfortable as we age. Of course there is always the search for something "new and exciting"

When we first got together, it was new & exciting. Right before we got married, it got a little boring. After we got married, it got way better. We know each and are much more excited for it now.

Much better after marriage. Of course it didn't exist before marriage, so...

I was a little freakier before I was married... I don't know why, but I feel weird doing those things with my "husband". It's like disrespectful? I don't know. I am starting to come out of that, though, and we're having pretty fantastic sex now =)
