We simply don't like our room totally dark, although if it is a big occassion we will do "candle" romantic, but that means digging them out, lighting them up, putting them out...etc. Most nights (work nights), we just don't want to have sex with either 1000 watts of lighting or in pitch darkness...so the TV stays on. Perfect.

However, we also don't want to be having wild sex to the sound..or even soundless "Weather Channel, CNN, or ESPN"...more distraction then turn on....so for us, porn is MOSTLY "background".

We have learned a trick or two, like when we were first into Pegging, we got tips from these specific videos, but in general, we have been about four steps ahead of anything we could have learned from those "actors" on the screen.

I posted a question, yesterday, about "how do you use porn" asking about other folks and their "reasons" for having it on. Our friends enjoy just sitting through the entire 2 hour movie...like it was a full length movie, even for those that are really just sex snippets. They even eat popcorn and candy...THEN go have "horny all nighters" (Their term).

What I forgot to ask was if Porn actually made anyone's ( sex life BETTER? Did it add SPICE where there needed to be spice (like salt or pepper to a stew)?

We watch quite a lot of porn. We are both pretty visual people when it come to getting turned on.

So, yes porn is part of that and when we first started watching it, it did aid in us learning ways to add different sensations to our sessions.

Yes and no. When he and I first got together we would throw in a porno and totally rip the thing from top to bottom and laugh about all of the cheesy lines and fake orgasms. Now, that it's fifteen years later and we've been exposed to higher quality films we've definitely picked up a trick or two. I guess I can't really gauge how it's changed it because it's always been there from the beginning. Most of the time, we lose whatever plan we had for the night and just get down the way we always would.

we might watch a little once a month if that mostly just in the background but I can tell you that it does help and isn't a problem unless you need it every time.

We watch together once or twice a month. I would probably double that if my wife was into it. We watch it as a "warm up." Usually little attention is paid to it after 5-10 minutes. I like to watch it when I masturbate, but I rarely have the time to do that.
