My man refuses to go to a doctor for his erectile disfunction and toys aren't always enough for me. What are some good products I can buy to help this to prolong his trip to the doc?

A cock ring and penis pump. These were originally prescribed by physicians for ED prior to becoming sex toys.
There are a few internet drugstores that are trustworthy and reliable that you can order Viagra or Cialis from. Read all the precautions prior to ordering to make sure they will not harm your husband.
Extenze???? It seems to have a following, but I am completely unfamiliar with the product.
Good luck, try to get hubby to the doctor, there are many serious health issues that could be the actual cause of ED. Not trying to worry you, but care does need to be taken -- at least a physical if he doesn't say anything due to embarrassment.

He really needs to understand that he needs to go to the Dr. He shouldn't take any sexual performance drugs prior to consulting a Dr. You need to talk to him and tell him how this is effecting you. And that you aren't satisfied. He can fix it, all he has to do is see a Dr. If he is not willing to do that, then he most likely isn't going to be willing to give Pumps or cock rings a chance.
Cock rings and Pumps are a good thing to try, but they might not actually help him if there is something actually wrong with him that a Dr can help with. Prior to trying Pumps or cock rings you and your partner should read about them and understand how to use them. But if he has a bad enough issue with erectile dysfunction, they aren't going to work. And as js250 said there could be a serious health issue that is the cause of ED, he NEEDS to go.

Would you ignore the "check engine" light on your car for years? What if there was a "check engine" light on your penis? If that thing goes off, take it right to the garage...um...doctor.

I agree with everyone else that you should encourage him to see a doctor. ED can be a secondary symptom of dangerous diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. As such, he should absolutely NOT take Viagra or any other related prescription drug without first consulting a doctor. Those drugs work by selectively increasing blood pressure, which in a person with heart disease could potentially result in death. Also, a word of caution about online pharmacies. Prescription drugs require a doctor patient relationship. If a pharmacy is willing to dispense medications without a valid prescription, I would not use them. The other danger is that you may receive counterfeit drugs that at a minimum won't do anything, at worse could harm or kill you. I hope I don't sound too severe, but ED is a serious condition and should be treated as such. The penis is often a barometer for the rest of the body. If it's not functioning properly, there's often something wrong elsewhere.

In addition to this, you also have to consider that sometimes ED is caused by underlying issues. It could be an entirely unrelated medical problem that, if not checked out, could become serious. He shouldn't ignore it if not for the want to please you, then to keep himself out of the ER later on!

Thanks everyone! I keep asking him to go but he hates going so much. I will look into those other suggestions as well!

My husband has high blood pressure and has had a heart attack, so any ED medication/pills are out. The DR. told us that there is an injection (in the penis) but I would like to try a pump and cock ring first but not sure. Any advice?

Unless he's had some sort of mental trauma recently, typically ED is a result of a physical issue. If that's the case he needs to be looked at by a doctor. Honestly he may not even have to bring up the ED. Just have him go in for a physical. If something is wrong the doctor will find it and fix it, and most likely the ED will be fixed as well. If not, then he will need to look into other options.
