I shave, but because I think it is good hygiene. I have run into people male and female who do not shave and wondered..... Why do others shave?, or Why don't others shave? Is it hygiene, personal, religion, why? Is it women only, or do men consider these same options.

I shave and it makes me feel clean. I know some people who don't shave and I was thinking about it the other day while I was shaving. Like how can you go with hair on you like that.

I don't "shave" anymore...I like hair on top of my cock and think penises without a little framing look weird. I do however use an electric trimmer and keep well groomed front and back. I've occasionally have used nair on my rear...but I don't like shaving bumps and it can spread HPV if you shave.
I like balls shaved but in the summer it makes your scrotum stick to your legs...yucky feeling....one reason I don't get how guys wear boxer shorts..particularly for exercise or sports...I need things supported and separated from my legs.

I didn't vote, because I felt like expressing my opinion through text, rather than numbers.
I shave my legs. I went through a period where I experimented with not shaving them, and found that it just didn't work for me. I don't shave my legs EVERY day, but usually once a week.
I do shave my vulva. I don't like to. But my past two partners have both preferred that. /I/ prefer bare lips with a cute tuft of hair on my mons. I'd /like/ to get professionally waxed, so I wouldn't (so much) have to worry about ingrown hairs or cutting myself. But. It's so expensive.
I do not shave my pits. I think they're super cute when they're soft and fluffy. Now, I DO shave them about once a month or two. I let them grow out until I think it interferes with my deodorant. Then it's a clean shave, and I start the process all over again.

I shave under my arms and legs. I tried shaving my nethers a few times, but no matter what I couldn't shave close enough to completely smooth and it wrecked my skin. I just trim down there every now and then instead.

I shave. Couple of reasons. I like not having hair attractive sweat and odour. I like my chest unshaven, I think it looks better. You see more muscle tone. I also just like the shaven look sometimes. I do trim parts of my body though. Especially where hairs grow in irritated

I shave for more reasons then one.
1. My periods get VERY messy and I just find it easier to simply wipe my skin down there and get rid of it then having to fight through matted hair just to clean up.
2. I just like the look of no hair down there, and the smooth feeling.
3. Hubby likes no hair down there, specially if he performs oral.

I shave for hygiene and I know my partners wouldn't want a mouth full of hair as I don't either. I shave everything from my neck down! I don't like hair on me at all.

I am female & This might sound silly, but when I don't shave it's all itchy. The only time I've ever been unshaven for more than a couple days was when I was in the hospital (twice having surgery) and after giving birth!
