I've been wanting to slowly explore the kinkier side of sex like some light femdom, bondage etc, but I don't really know where to get good introductory information on the subject. All the books I've looked at here on Edenfantasys seem to be written for those that really get into it and already know what they're doing. But for the more timid among us, where can you find information on things like: various ways to use cuffs/ties/rope, role-playing, spanking, and domination?

I would recommend How to be Kinky This book is full of hot pictures and introduces many aspects of Kink. It has overviews of different roles in BDSM culture (Sub, Slave, Dominant ect.) As well as sections on Bondage and other specific kinks. It is great for a beginner.

In addition. I would recommend FetLife a social networking site (much like face book). There are people of all experience levels on this site from beginners to pros. Everyone seems is very helpful and there are "groups" for almost every kink imaginable. It is a great, anonymous, way to begin to connect with the greater BDSM and kinky community.
