WOW finally some advice that isn't all wifty and airy-fairy! I would only add one other thing...yes the core couple must be strong and have worked out all their issues but it must be remembered that this third person is as important! They have feelings and issues to work out as well, some people can jump right on in without reservation but most people can't.
While you are trying to work out your issues with yout partner take some time to meet with the prospective partner and discuss the same issues...especially if you are contemplating polyamory. This person will become the newest member to your "core" relationship in polyamory so it makes sense to take the time it takes rather than rushing in.
Otherwise I fully agree with Nina and applaud the video!
