I can't think that this would be any different than being in a committed relationship (which you undoubtedly are) an being poly. Nothing wrong with wanting to marry a partner! Personally, I'd love to be able to marry both my partners but things being what they are I don't see tht happening any time soon.

I'm not engaged and poly, but I am *Married* and poly, and see nothing at all wrong with it.

Do you mean legally? Because I would marry both if I could, but I do prefer to marry one over the other.

I don't see how being poly somehow affects your engagement, unless your fiance isn't poly, also

I'm engaged and poly. I see nothing wrong with it. He'll always be my 'primary' partner, and if anything were to happen with other partners we'd always go back to each other.

I am engaged and poly... I can see how others may find it uncomfortable because our culture says that it is a time of change, but my fiance and I have been together for 6 years... we are very stable.

I'm engaged and poly as well. It's no big deal, although the boy and I get a lot of "oh, so you guys aren't poly anymore!" or "why do you have another boyfriend if you're getting married?" sort of reactions.

I have the same experience as a lot of people. I'm engaged and poly, and all of the time people are like "but you're engaged now..." and when we tell them yes, but we're still poly, they say "What about when you get married?" as if that act/label will change everything.

I'm recently married and were are not poly although we never were. I would assume it would need to be something that you discuss with everyone involved before making the commitment.

as long as all parties involved are ok with it, I see nothing wrong with it.
