1. I'm extremely insecure about my body. It always makes me wonder if he would rather have that girl in the short skirt at the mall or something. It also really creates some self hate.

2. Honestly my insecurities have gotten worse because I've gained some weight over the course of our relationship. I lost about 40 lbs recently and was feeling so incredible about myself. I mean, 40 lbs is a huge difference! I got off track when we went on vacation and have since gained back 10 lbs. He is very encouraging though and has promised to help me get back on track

3. Well yes but not because of anything he has done wrong. They've only gotten worse as I've gained weight.

4. I started losing weight and that was making my insecurities decrease DRAMATICALLY. I was doing something good for myself. I wasn't just dieting I was eating healthy. Not counting calories. Eating clean, healthy, and exercise. It made a huge difference in how I felt.

5. I think once I resolve the issues I have with myself that things will be better. When I was improving myself I seen a big difference. I was even more confident in the bedroom.
