Dorkiest present you've ever bought your significant other?

Contributor: SP SP
I've bought my partner some rather cheesy gifts in the past. My most recent one was a custom Christmas ornament with both our names on it. It was obviously intended for friends but since they don't exactly carry gay friendly ornaments at mall kiosks I did what I could with it. I personally think the fact that it is bright pink and sparkly is my favorite part.

How about you all?

A Kids, plastic Roy Rogers original guitar. My hubby loves to play guitars and I cannot afford the Stratocasters he prefers....so got one from when he was a kid. It was lost/broken when they moved and he was about 7-8.

My fiance is a total nerd. I bought him a fancy set of calipers for the holidays, and I got him a new laptop battery for his birthday.
I think those both count as dorky.

I've gotten him lots of funny/dorky gifts. For Christmas I got him a tshirt that says "I Pooped Today" with a little yellow star next to it. It's so funny about poop stuff, so I knew it would be perfect for him. I've also gotten him little things here and there that just made me think of him at the time.

I've bought him WWE Action Figures. It was shortly after his grandpa passed away and his grandpa used to buy them for him. It was more of a sentimental thing.

I have a thing against giving real flowers since they are in the process of dying. Instead I have given my wife flowers made of copper, steel, wood, paper, silk, panties & chocolate. The latest were flat, made of foam and looked like they were pixelated to look like they from an old 8-bit video game.

Hey, we're geeks. Others consider it dorky, we consider it appropriate. I got him a Sonic Screwdriver (the 10th Doctor's) for Valentine's Day because he's my Doctor.

Our "Dorky Gifts" are made type gifts not purchased, but we think they still count.

Me to her, one of those crazy kids plastic ring things that melt together with an iron. Shape of a heart. I made it for her birthday when we didn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of. It was dorky, but she still loves it.

From her to me, she knew I wanted a boat, so I got a boat made from aluminum foil that she made for me. I don't have the real boat any more but I damn sure got that foil boat still!

A Star Trek ship toy that lit up and made shooting sounds when you pressed buttons. Hey,he did say he wished he had a Star Trek ship. I think he wanted one that he could explore the last frontier in though!
