Usually we say it every day, or at least every time we talk to each other. We won't necessarily go out of our way to do it, but it's nice to have reminders sometimes

I agree. It is something I should do more! I sometimes think that when you leave the house and head to work, you NEVER know what the future holds; you could be killed in an auto accident or something really terrible and regret not saying those three little words to your spouse: I LOVE YOU!

My girlfriend has finally gotten more comfortable actually saying it out loud. For the most part, it's been an unspoken thing that I've gotten from her. But now she says it more often. Which is really about 1-3 times a week. It's something she struggles with, but I know she loves me, and that's why it's not a big deal to me.

We tell each other every morning as I'm leaving for work, and I give our kids a cuddle and an "I love you", just because you never know what might happen on the road. We also tell each other several times a day, usually. Equally important, we show each other how much we love and appreciate each other every day.

We say it at least once a day. I almost always say it first but he always says it back guess that's all that matters.

We say it at random moments throughout the day but in our entire relationship we have never gone to bed without at least 3 kisses and saying I Love You.

I say it multiple times per day.

We do not see each other during the day, but we do send text messages and call each other to say "I Love You". We try to say it as often as possible.

We say it multiple times a day, although I'm starting to think this too the more its said the less it means, we will still say it all the time, but im thinking of saying it less. but when he says i love you, i have to say it back :]

I think we not only say it every day, but in every media available to us - texts, email, spoken, cookies, you name it!

At least once a day, however, I probably shouldn't say it so often. By constantly professing your love I think it trivializes the emotion. In stead of being a true expression of emotion it becomes a habitual phrase.

I say it to him every day at least - never sure if the last time I see him is *the* last, morbid as that sounds. I know I'd feel awful if something happened to him and I didn't get to tell him I love him. We don't overuse it, I don't think. But it's definitely important.

I say it he doesn't but I knew he loved me based on his actions every day now that we are apart (by distance ) I really wish he would say it

We try to say it to each other everyday. Sometimes we are too busy.

I tend to say it pretty often. He knows I mean it.
I know he cares, though I know why he chooses not to say it to me.
But what he does for me and with me shows me his love and affection more than his words ever could.
