Our big hobbies are pretty separate. He likes to work on his car and I like to play online. Most of what we share is just time together and conversations. He tells me about his car stuff (of which I understand maybe half), I tell him what's been going on online, we talk about our son. While we don't really go out and do things much these days (we used to, but a toddler makes it difficult!), we both really enjoy time spent just chatting.

On rare nights when we have my mom watch our son and have some extra money, we like to go for dinner. We also like to go to the local sex stores. That's been a favorite past time of ours since, like, our third date. LOL

We really like watching movies together and visiting cat shelters!

We also take frequent trips to Chicago and that's lovely.

Watching geek stuff together (TEDtalks, The IT Crowd, Doctor Who, etc), introducing each other to eateries the other has never been to before, seeing friends' bands play at bars, playing games on the Wii, walking around and talking no matter where we are.

Before we had our daughter, we hiked, backpacked, went camping, spent days floating around the bay or ocean on our boat, went to the beach. Nowadays we don't get much time for that but we are finding new things to do with our daughter. She just turned two but we still get to the beach in the summer or spend an afternoon playing in the park.

We go to movies, hiking, bowling, golfing, snowboarding, it's just fun doing physical activities with my guy
