I was curious about this, How old were you when you first had sex? (I was 17)

I was 16, and it seemed like it took forever. Interestingly, I didn't get to have sex again until I was 18--dated a girl who was a virgin for the last two years of high school, and stayed that way......

We were both 16 - at the time I didn't think we rushed it. We had an ongoing loving relationship and both enjoyed it very much. We've both married others but I do not believe the experience had any detrimental effect on wither of us.

Having said that - everyone matures at a different rate and 16 is probably too soon for many.

I was 16, and I think I rushed it a bit. However, I don't feel like it hurt me in anyway. It just gave me more confidence in my sexuality.

I was 13 too! I didn't want to at all. I remember being in the woods with my boyfriend (at the time) and praying that he would lose the condom so I could say no condom, no sex! LOl. It was stupid, but I had the idea in my head that every woman had to have sex with their boyfriends/husbands even when they didn't want to. I thought that's just how it was so I guess I decided to get an early start. Lol. I wish I'd have known then that they do make men who do not require sex for just themselves. I should not have had sex at 13 I don't think anybody could possibly be ready at that age. 13 is still a baby for pete's sake! I don't regret it. I did learn from my mistakes and I wouldn't take it back, but I wish I would have known more about how relationships work and I wish I'd known that sex is not a requirement.

I was 18 and a freshman in college. It was probably rushed, but I honestly just wanted it over with. She was (and still is) a dick about it.

I was 18, and my 19th birthday was 1 month away. I don't think I rushed it. I'm very happy I had sex when I did. It was a great experience. We tried all sorts of positions and had a lot of fun. We even got doughnuts afterwards! haha. We're still together today.

I don't think I rushed. I was with my first for over 4 years and never broke up or anything. I guess I grew up and got tired of him were I was young when we got together. But everything happens for a reason and leads you to where you are today and I couldn't be more happier.

Same for me 18 going on 19. It wasn't very pleasurable, the guy just wanted me for sex and I thought I loved him when I was just in lust for him and did everything for him thinking it was love.

Anyways, it wasn't long after that I met the right person.

I was 21. I don't think I rushed it at all, and I don't think I waited too long, either. I waited until I was with someone I was one hundred percent comfortable with and trusted. We also took the time to explore each other's bodies and learn what the other likes before progressing to sex. I think that helped a lot because we both knew how to gauge the other's reactions.
