Massage Oil for sensitive skin

Contributor: Danielle1220 Danielle1220
My husband has very sensitive skin and breaks out from certain soaps. He can only use hypoallergenic antibacterial soaps on his entire body. Is there a massage oil that would be safe for him?? Fragrances don't bother him at all so it doesn't have to be unscented.

Thanks in advance

Actually Organic Coconut oil works great! It is slid in the jar but melts into liquid on contact. It is great for all things..I use for: Lube, massage, baths, hair, face b4 bed, after i shave my bikini and labia...it is a miracle in a jar, and its safe healthy and a natural antifungus. Oh yah I cook with it too in place of butter! Hope it helps!

Oh yah it smells great too...not a over perfumed coconut smell, but a light natural smell. Amazon sells it at a great price..Nutiva is the brand I love!

have you tried lube? or just making your own massage oils? finding a type of oil base that he's not allertic to.. grape seed, almond, olive oil, etc.

The organic pear and green tea massage oil from Shunga is the best choice. Pear is a natural aphrodisiac for men and it will have a little flavor without stickiness or staining. I would eventually look into the Garden of Edo love set since it does contain that massage oil as well as other natural products that can all be used together.

All these massage oils sound so tasty, hehehe.

What is he allergic to that is causing the problem is the root of it, really. Stick to water-based stuff with organic components-- that what everyone is saying, really. If you want to, consider mixing up something yourself, I know there's a simple mix out there that's water and a glue compound. Just keep trying, and keep a GIANT JAR OF COLD CREME at hand in case the reaction is severe!
