I think I will use this for massages because my wrists pop when I give massages. Does this happen to anyone else?

My wrists, hands, fingers, ankles and feet all pop due to me having rheumatoid arthritis. I have had to figure out alternatives for many things since it was diagnosed last year.

No but I can pop them if need be but they don't pop while giving massages
