I wrote a dirty little ditty for a guy a liked awhile back that I was too nervous to show him. It was pretty hot and one of the better poems I've read. I plan on using it at a poetry slam. Waste not, want not.

I like to write notes rather than poems or songs. I've also written out fantasies for my man before. It's been a while, but I should do it again.

I have had a couple of songs written about me by an ex, which was kind of cool.. but he ended up being a bit crazy.

I write my lover lots of dumb songs all the time, but he doesn't get to see most of them because of my shitty mixing. I'm kind of a perfectionist and if I can't get it to come out exactly how I want it to (read also: 98% of the time) then I usually ditch the song completely. I've been getting increasingly better at that though, so he'll be seeing more of them as my production skills improve.

I'm currently in a Creative Writing class, and the first half of our semester we are doing poetry. We had to write a love sonnet, you know, 14 lines, quatrains, that whole gig... So I wrote it for my boyfriend. I put a nice heart graphic on it and printed it out for him too. He loved it.

I've never written anything for my current man, but I did a few times for a guy I liked in high school. I realize now, it was probably rather awkward for him...as we did actually date or anything lol, but we were pretty good friends and now I just pretend like it never really happened :p

I've gotten a few from guys over the years...and I never know what to say. Usually I'm alone when I read them, but it's still awkward just the same.

In the midst. I am taking a letter of the alphabet each day and creating a poem trying to use just words that start w that letter. Not perfect but we are both enjoying it.
