My friend did... she's now been with him for over 3 years. But I personally didn't.

I would say so. You can't put love in a box and say it is only love after x-amount of time. It happens when it happens, and that can take a different amount of time for different people in different situations.

When i ment my husband we were head over heals in love within days. We knew right off that we each carried half of one complete soul. We were married soon after and we are having out 18th wedding aniversery this july!!!

I fell in love with my husband the first night we met. I was as giddy as a school girl and felt like I was full of electricity. I couldn't go to sleep, so we ended up talking until 4am.

You may fall in love in a month - but you should take much longer to confirm that it isn't a passing infatuation. Time and experience are great crucibles.

I feel that it's very possible. If it's a "love at first sight" case and both parties put in the effort to get to know one another as much as possible in the time frame, then yes, it's possible.

I agree. Staying in love takes work. Me and my husband fell in love, said I love you, and meant it just three days after being together, and was engaged two months later! We've had our ups and downs, but we're still going strong. Granted we knew each other and had feelings for each other years before we got together... so maybe mine isn't the best example.

Some can, yes. My boyfriend did with me, but it took me a little longer to come around. That was over 3 years ago now.

Maaaybe. Sometimes you click well and can see/feel the potential. I guess that feeling and time frame depends on the individual.

You can, but the key is to not make too much of that fact. Yes, love is wonderful, but a long term relationship takes a lot more than that. Learning to work together and compromise pay off and can take a year or more to learn
