I have been seriously considering it. I am 34B and would love to be a C cup. I don't want them to be so big that they are in the way of my athletic activities. I also don't want to look foolish like "she must have had a boob job"

My wife would love to have reduction surgery - I have been discouraging her because now she is proportionate - smaller breasts would kill the symmetry.

Not really for me, im not a big fan of surgeries, and I would never need them bigger, Im already a G but after our next lil one I might consider an augmentation to fix damage done from kiddos
