Yes, I follow a handful of pornstars.

James Deen is hands down one of the best adult stars to follow. His tweets are pure genius. I also like following Heather Starlet. She may not be the brightest bulb in the box but personally, I think she is physically amazing. She is one of my favorite tweeters too.

Pluses- More chances for interaction. You find out surprising things about your favorite stars. You could follow awesome funny sex positive geniuses. Oh, and pictures.

Minuses- finding out your favorite pornstar is dumb as a bag of rocks.

Favorite kinds of tweets? Ones that are more about the pornstars or are funny. I don't follow pornstars to have them just sound like a PR stream. I want personality!!!

I don't really care about them as people, to be honest. If they can hold a conversation in the film (or video) then great, I'll probably watch them again, but it doesn't make me want to look them up on twitter.

Yea, I follow half a dozen pornstars. Ones I've worked with, ones I'm friends with, ones that are just AWESOME and I want to learn from.
The only minus I've encountered from following them is you realize which ones have negative qualities you dont appreciate and it can ruin the fantasy when watching their movies
