I am not a person to be interested in celebrity ordeals or gossip or anything like that. I find it to be nonsensical. But aside from that, I've had a good year in terms of school, I've been doing very well. Relationship-wise, the entire year has been hectic. Let's see if I can think of some best things...

Getting perfect grades in school
My family going out together on a cruise
Traveling
And some more things with my family, since I'm very family-oriented

I turned forty. Realized just how long that I've been struggling with some things.

I think I'd like to forget the year.

I don't follow the celebrity news too much, which always seems to drive my mother batty

The best moments this year that I remember:

Going to Disney World for the first time, and having my son actually WANT to ride the scary and fast rides.
Moving to my new office.
Turning 37 (for the 2nd time), and being able to have a Star Trek cake, because you can find all the stuff again for parties
Discovering how good single cup coffee can be.

I also don't do the celebrity watch, but I did see Adam Lambert's performance on that awards show. I was shocked, but it was kinda cool. And it was testimony to why there are so few live broadcasts. LOL

This year my business did better than in prior years.

I began mentoring a couple of people and that has been very rewarding.

My husband and I grow closer every day, and I feel truly blessed for that.

On the negative side, though, I lost a couple of pets to illness, and that was devastating.

Thankful for:

--Pulling my GPA even further back up since it slipped my first semester of college
--Getting closer to my boyfriend
--Getting the boyfriend to review his own toys!
--Continuing to rebuild my relationship with my family
--My awesome roomie, who occasionally helps me with my reviews

Not so thankful for:

--The increased workload at school = less time on EF
--Parents still shun boyfriend
