Science truly amazes me. Sperm has been successfully grown outside the human body. "This discovery could help scientists identify solutions to male infertility, and provide options to young cancer patients whose treatment causes future infertility, experts say." You can read all about it here.

I think it's the first step by women in a global plot to make men totally expendable.

Seriously though, it should certainly help men with various dysfunctions but who still want to start a family. I can't imagine it will be cheap, though.

That's actually pretty awesome. I agree it probably won't be very cheap, but I imagine that for anybody who can afford it, it will be well worth the money.
