In the article he states they had sex, she removed the used condom and tried to get him to have anal sex with her. When he returned from washing up he noticed the used condom containing his sperm was missing...he never said she tried to get him to have anal sex with her to concieve a child...he said she suggested the most disgusting thing he could think of to get him to leave the room so she could steal his sperm.

I call bullshit on most of the article since we don't know her side of the story but to be fair to Mr. Ndyat he never claimed he was going to have anal sex to produce a child. The crown asked a stupid question and he answered it flippantly...and truthfully, he ISN'T a medical professional. There are parts of the world where women are warned that anal sex can lead to pregnancy if the sperm runs into the vagina. Ok so it's a long shot and the vagina is designed to keep fecal matter out of the vagina but it is still said to be possible.

Generally a willing woman doesn't need her drink spiked to have sex...which is where I call bullshit on his story. less
