I was 16 when I got pregnant with my first baby, then 19 when I got pregnant with my 2nd, then had the other 3 in my 20s. And I've never had an std.

I've never had any STDs and definitely didn't get pregnant as a teen.
While this stat (1/3!) seems high to me, I can't be totally shocked. It's the number of girls who got pregnant, not gave birth. Between abortion and early miscarriages, 1/3 doesn't seem too crazy. Granted, there were only maybe 5 or 6 pregnancies that I knew of in my graduating class of about 100 girls, so my personal experience doesn't necessarily match up with the stat.

Yep, I got pregnant at 16, had twins at 17... I got kicked out of my house, had to go get my GED... but now I'm a college graduate and a nurse and my kids will be starting kindergarten this coming school year... I wouldn't have it any other way.

Well, crap. I never really considered myself a pregnant teen because I lost mine, but I was 19 when I was pregnant for the first time. It was close though because I was only a few months away from being 20! Lol. However, I thankfully have not ever had an STD

I didn't get pregnant until I was 20 (almost 21, and it was very much planned... we tried for nearly a year before it happened)...and no STDs here. I did have a pregnancy scare at 17, but it wasn't for lack of protection or being careless, it was just a hormonal issue causing a late period.

I was 19 and still living at home when I get pregnant. But we planned the pregnancy and had plans for me to move out and get married. The first half of my pregancy I was 19 the second half I was 20. I'm not sure if that counts as a "teen pregnancy" or teen mom". I don't think so though. I have never had an STD.

When I was in high school, there use to be a poster on the wall in our health class that said 1 in 3 high school students have an STD. I may be wrong, but this sounds really, really false.

I actually did not have sex until I was 20. Not that I was opposed to teen sex, just that the right person didn't come along yet. So no I never had teen pregnancy or an STD.
