The poll only allows 1 selection. We would have selected all 4.

Haha!!! Yeah I guess I could say the same as well but didn’t see where there was a way to select more than one.

For me the first requirement is that It must be a body safe material. If is is not body safe, nothing else matters.

I definitely look at functionality first and then narrow down my choices by things like size and price. But I will say that if I want something bad enough, I will break down and spend the money to get it (even if it means cutting into the budget some for that month-- LOL)!! What can I say. Sometimes you have to put pleasure at the top of the priority list!!

At this point in our sex toy collecting, we look for something that is different than what we already have. We have great dildos, vibrators, prostate massagers so were always on the lookout for the new and different toys.

When you're creating a poll, there are two options - single choice or multiple choice. You should check multiple choices if you want to let others select a few options in your poll.

Oh, yeah, it is so uneasy to surprise or impress with some toy such seasoned users as you are! I guess, this is a downside of having tons of toys and experience - it's getting harder and harder to find something that could be enticing for you

I think all the parameters are very important! Personally, for me top requirements are safety and quality of a product. And usually, such toys are the most expensive.

It is true. The Eden website has been great for us. Our toy box went from a small lock box to a full-sized toolbox to a 3.5 x 2 x 1.5 footlocker chest.

This is going to sound bad but right now it is an even vote between what the toy does and how much it cost. I don't have a lot of money coming in these days but I do like to pick something out to have fun with ever once in a while. I might want something but then see something else that's cheaper and get that because of price even if it does something different. I also use coupon codes and I still get free offers in my mail (Ive been using toys for a long time). A lot of my favorite rock bands have retired haha.

I look at soooo many things!! I'm really picky about my toys which is probably why I don't have that many. I will see or hear about one because of functionality from a friend or advertisement. Then I will shop around alot for whats right for me with name brand and size and price. Half the time I end up losing interest before finding what I want LOL!

Absolutely agree!!! Sometimes when you/‘re feeling down & out, the right toy can make it all better, even if it’s more than you usually or should spend!

Wow, that's impressive!
If you keep up expanding your toy collection, you might need a whole room for all your stuff!

I think all 4 options are important. It'd be nice if the poll could be set up to allow for some type of ranking system from most important to least important when selecting a toy.

Color! If the product is pastel colored or light blue then I will automatically choose that over something similar. Other than that, I prefer certain materials and other "add ons" such as suction cups or designs over plain things.

I really try to consider all aspects of a product, but I'd say that the first things I look at are the materials and size of a toy. If a toy is made from a material that is unsafe or otherwise unappealing to me, or if I can see right away that it's going to be way too big or way too small, then I immediately cross it off my list of options, because bad materials and/or the wrong size is going to make a toy instantly unfun for me, regardless of what else it might have going for it.

After size and materials, I usually start paying closer attention to the features and functions. Is it the right shape and texture for my intended use? If it's a powered toy, is it rechargable? Is it waterproof? Does it vibrate, rotate, suck, flick, or thrust? What are the reviews saying about how those functions perform? Is it powerful enough for my tastes? I generally want my powered toys to be rechargable and at least splash-proof (ideally fullly waterproof). What functions I want really depends on what I'm looking for, though I usually look for toys with a good deal of power and adjustable intensity (I usually like to start out slow and gentle, but I do need some oomph to climax).

The last things I consider (though they are still part of my decision-making process, even if they're not my top priorities) are things like price and aesthetics. I don't have unlimited money, so I do have some limits on what I can comfortably afford. However, if an expensive toy looks really good to me, I always have the option of saving up for it or waiting in the hopes it goes on sale, so a higher price tag is not automatically disqualifying. It may just mean that I can't buy it right away. And while the way a toy looks is not THE most important thing, I do still prefer my toys to be aesthetically pleasing to my eye. I tend to prefer toys that come in bright, fun colours over toys that look more realistic. That said, I do have a couple more realistic toys that I really enjoy, so it's not an absolute rule. I find myself wishing that there were more colours like greens, reds, and blues available in sex toys generally (and on Eden specifically). Most of my toys are Eden-brand, and they all seem to be either pink, purple, or black. There's nothing wrong with any of those colours (in fact, I really like that purple/magenta colour that Eden uses for a lot of their silicone toys), I just wish there was a little more variety.

...wow, this got really long, sorry. I've bought a bunch of toys recently, so this is something that's been on my mind a lot, haha.

If it is easily rechargeable.
The feel and look of the silicone (love the velvety smooth ones ??).
S.I.Z.E. I like thicc and hate when every toy is 1" diameter and 4" insertable length. Yeah, I get that "It's to keep things realistic" Please! ??
Lastly, vibration type. It has to be deep, rumbly vibrations. ??

Sounds like the Sensualist is your perfect vibe.
Also, take a look at the Big boy. It takes batteries, but it will definitely impress you with its size, realistic feel, and powerful vibrations.

I like to take everything into consideration, because I often find myself liking toys that're similar except for a few things, but I always check size and material first... I'm trying to limit toys that use TPE right now, since I don't want to end up throwing out a huge portion of my collection eventually, and only have so many options for storing each one separated.

Clitoral/g-spot/what have you does influence my decision, but that's not what brings me into a toy. It's more like I go out looking for specifically that feature, then the other details I mentioned are what draws me into the specific ones.
