This made me laugh - the police were called when a resident in a community spotted 15 female zombies in bikinis going down the street.

Maybe they were erring on the side of caution? My first thought wouldn't be that they were real

Calling the police was probably a better idea, than say... running outside to split skulls with a shovel!

No, seriously, I do understand why the police were called. Bloody women walking around town, with no call first to the police to let them know what was going on? The photographer should have been better prepared and let the police know ahead of time what was going to happen. I live near Chicago, and ANY time any type of photo shoot or video shoot or performance art is going to be happening, people know to let the police know where they will be, and what they will be doing.

Police have to answer every call, so it wastes their time when people don't give the City the courtesy of letting them know what will be going on.
