I love the yolks when I eat it over easy, so I always finish the egg white first and save the best for last.

When boiled, I love the whites. Any other time, I prefer the two mixed, but I would rather eat the whites than the yolk.

Well, the whites have most of the protein and the yolks have vitamins E, A, choline, and other good stuff.. so like most things in nature, they are better together.
