I absolutely love yoga and have been actively practicing for about a year. I seem to always attend Vinyasa classes - I haven't really tried any other types. Do you like yoga, and if so, what type? (Explain your preferred type in the comments.)
Yoga, anyone?

I've done yoga a few times and I personally LOVE, LOVE it. I plan on doing it more.

Love it!
Got started with a yoga DVD that we bought a while back that was pretty intense, and have been able to attend classes on and off over the last couple of years. Feels great, even if I'm not trying crazy advanced moves, I definitely get a good stretch from it.

My girlfriend has been trying to get me to go. She's never done it and wants to but I've done it a couple times and didn't like it.

I love yoga! I'm also a big fan of bikram yoga. You really break a sweat.

I love it! I'm just out of practice and horribly out of shape and inflexible right now. Need to get back into it. I prefer Hatha yoga- I like it gentle- no need break a sweat. I've tried Brikam and it just wasn't my thing. I felt too claustrophobic with the combination of heat with so many people and it being in a smaller space.

I've done yoga a few times, and it's okay. I think I'd love it if I actually knew what I was doing...may need to start taking a class.

I don't like it very much, I like just plain stretching but for some reason I've never liked yoga and I've been to at least 10 different classes. I've wanted to like it and tried really hard to enjoy it but it just isn't my thing I guess.

I like ashtanga or vinyasa best. I have been wanting to try kundalini. I haven't done any yoga in about 2 weeks and I need to get back into it!

I've never tried Yoga, but this is something I always wanted to try. I just never took that big step and went for it. I guess, I'm not really sure where to start. Should I take a class or maybe a course online or from a book. How did everyone else start? Hmmm, maybe this should be a different discussion.

I've never tried it, but I've always wanted to.

I would love to do yoga or pilates.

I love yoga. I do Hatha and the occasional Vinyasa.

I love it but haven't joined a studio or the Ymca (which has tons of yoga classes) due mostly to the fact that my husband and I are sharing a car and he works all the time.

Never really tried it.

I tried it, but I can't do it. I have pinched nerves and bending certain ways is not good. Yoga was not for me.

I enjoy yoga, but never keep it up consistently.

I have never done it at all. I don't know if I would either.

I tried yoga once on the Nintendo Wii, but I got kinda bored, I wouldn't mind trying it properly with an instructor though.

I have not tried it yet. But my Wii fit has it on this game I have and I am planning on checking it out.

Never tried, but mainly because my body won't allow much of me. It's supposed to be good for chronic pain but I just don't feel masochist enough to try.

My mother does and teaches yoga, and I grew up around it, but while I have the flexibility and stamina to make it easy, I don't really have much of an interest. I'll just to stretches and poses that feel right as needed, but I'm not really into it.

I haven't done it in a long time (other than yoga for kids at work), but I'm looking to get back into it again.

I try to get to a yoga class as often as I can. It just feels good.

I like yoga. I've only been to one class. My wife has been doing it for years and years; the only time I do it is with her at home. I have no clue what kind of yoga it is. I just think of it as a more graceful form of stretching!

I used to do it.. I wouldn't say I love it.
