No, but I would sure love to take one. I just need the money and/or discipline to do the free youtube video classes.

This is actually something that I would love to do, but sadly there are no classes near me.

I have. I didn't enjoy it very much, but I don't think that my teacher was too great. She kept calling us out when we weren't doing something correctly, which is fine, but it was getting a little embarrassing after a while, especially during the more advanced moves.

No and never really had an interest. When it comes to exercise and me, it's about the same as cats and water: not just no, but HELL NO.

(Which is actually a myth, big cats looove water.)

No, but I'd love to. It's part of the plan once I have a bit more free time during the day.

My cat doesn't necessarily love water, but he is incredibly intrigued by it.

I do it several times a week, I'm actually looking at teaching it as a part time job, because you know the two jobs I already have aren't enough lol

I have taken a few yoga classes. I wish I could find time to take one on a regular basis. Yoga definitely helps with flexibility!

I practiced Yoga twice a week for 2 years. now it's only once per week. it's great for building strength & balance among other things. it's known to be the best all around exercise physically, spiritually, mentally, & emotionally.

Nope, but if I had a more regular work schedule, I'd love to try it out.

I take a class that's offered at my gym. I try to go both times in the week that it's offered, but I force myself to go at least once. I love the instructor and the other people in the class. It's a really friendly environment and helps me de-stress during the week.

I have in the past. I would help out at the local senior center and take a class or two with them during the week! It was fun. Those ladies knew how to make a person laugh.

I haven't taken a formal class. I've done a couple of sessions here at home with my sister. She has a really good DVD. It goes a little too fast for a beginner like myself. But it was a workout!!!

I've taken a few classes but couldn't keep up with it because of my schedule. I really want to try aerial & Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, to keep my stress levels down & regain my flexibility.

I've never taken a class. I just buy books and videos and do it on my own when I can.

I have and am very glad I did because it gave me a chance to check it out with a experienced person before spending money on things to do it at home.

I have not taken a yoga class but have been wanting to for some time now. I'm hoping to attend at least one before the end of the year before going at it at home.

I've only taken one and it was more of a day long retreat. My friend and I decided to give it a try and it was more relaxing than I thought it would be. I know there are different variations so maybe that was the problem. We left feeling way too mellow and in need of a nap.
