just wanted to see how some people would like there valentines night to be
Would you rather go out for valentines day for dinner or have your spouse cook a very nice dinner for a romantic night at home?

Neither... We both cook on a regular basis and going out for a romantic dinner isn't possible with a two year old. I would love to get some sushi and enjoy that after the little one has gone to bed. Light some candles and see where the rest of the night takes us.... Like we don't already know lol

Hmmmmmm while I like a nice expensive dinner....and believe me my guys go all out when they do the romantic dinner thing, I also like a beautifully home cooked meal. Also if you eat at home clothing is optional I guess whatever my guys put together is fine by me both have their advantages!

I think the hype on Valentines day is overrated. I hate having all the crowds. I would rather have a romantic night out any other night of the year.

I cook all the time so going out is special and preferred as something to do on V-day.

I wanted to vote both, because I love when my man cooks for me but for vday I want more than chili dogs, chili mac or hamburger helper LOL, but since we havent been out to dinner in I think close to a year, this year I would LOVE to go out and eat at an adult restaurant just the two of us

We might do dinner early, and go to a hotel.
Drink some wine and just enjoy each other's company.

All of my Valentine's dates are sitting in a box next to my bed...

Staying home would be so much more fun.

I'd rather catch an early dinner at my favorite restaurant.

My partner and i usually eat a home cooked meal when together, and while it love it and enjoy sharing a mean with them and also cooking for them, i also love not having to do dishes and going out for a fancy meal since it's something we're unable to do very often so i enjoy those few times i can enjoy both my meal, my partner, and not having any extra responsibilities. Taking home dessert and watching a movie cuddle up on the couch after is okay with me too.

Given the choice, I nearly always prefer eating at a restaurant to eating at home.

Hard to pick. I chose staying home, although going out would be nice too.

Since we aren't alone in the house, I'll take a nice dinner out.

Same here. Both are good. Actually last year we did both. I cooked on V day and then took her out on the weekend as an extended first Vday together.
