Personally i hate to fly even though it is faster so I would rather take a bus but I fly when I have to.

To me it doesn't really matter what I take as long as I get to were I am going. But train rides are the best, I usually take one up to Seattle when I visit family there and the train ride tends to be the best part of the trip lol.

It really depends on the pricing and how much time I have to get there. I almost always prefer driving, but if I don't have the luxury of time to explore, then flying probably comes as a close second.

With the trains in our country going slower than before WWII and long distance buses being hot and stuffy in the summer and cold and stuffy in the winter I pick flying. I've never flown before but it's got to be better.

If the US had a decent train system then I would much rather take a train. You can stroll around, watch the scenery, and you don't have deal with airports/airlines/TSA

I've only been flying once, I've spent too many years on a bus and I hate that one dick on trains that has to be on the phone when everyone else is trying to sleep. I'm going to go with train though, because I like the rocking motion.

I love flying but when I have to travel with out my husband I would rather just drive myself, I can't see spending 400 bucks per child for a plan ticket!

When it comes to travel, I like flying. It's so much faster than any of the other options. It's also a huge hassle though, and it's expensive. I often get rideshares on craigslist when I need to travel.

I've never ridden on any of those, except school buses. -_-"

I guess a train might be fun?

I avoid plane travel unless there's no other choice, I'd rather drive my own SUV and stop wherever I wanted to, can't stand being stuck inside any type of transportation for a long time.

the saved time is more than worth the annoyance and extra price. that being said, it seems like they stopped trying to innovate years ago. at least in terms of inflight service.

I pick flying but to be honest I'd prefer a cheaper alternative. Busses are nice but they cost an arm and a leg if you go over the weight limit on bags. 8/
