The Cafe World app on facebook, it takes like ten minutes to fully load it and even serve one dish.
That's the main reason I quit using it actually, there's a few other Zynga apps that are pretty much just as bad these days too.

My college's website during registration is painfully slow. It's nerve-wracking enough competing with everyone for spots in classes, even without the lag.
