I have drank 1 glass of diet pepsi in the past month! I never thought I would be able to say that. I do flavor my water which helps alot. I save alot of money now

I'm on a similar boat, I was addicted to cola for a long time, at minimum I would drink 2 700ml bottles a day, and if I didn't I would feel miserable. I tried to cut down or switch to coffee for the longest time but it never worked. When I finally had enough I had to quit all caffeine stop the cravings. It's been about a year now that I haven't had any cola or caffeine and I've never felt better.
I've also found that drinking club soda stops me from missing the carbonation.
