I LOVE Caesar salads only I use regular iceburg lettuce and no croutons. I do buy croutons but eat them straight out of the bag. They make one helluva snack! I like a chef's salad too.

I like my salad to only be lettuce, chicken, and cheese. No dressing, maybe lemon juice, but usually I just cook the chicken in it instead.

Other - I like to build my own salad with romaine, spinach, kale and some other kinds of lettuce. I then usually add some carrots, radishes, hard boiled eggs, little bit of ham cubes or chicken, broccoli and some cottage cheese (usually on the side). On top of my salad I prefer a Bleu Cheese or Italian dressing.

I like those both, but I prefer home made Caesar dressing. Greek is amazing as well. My ideal salad is one I build myself though.

I'm an "everything and the kitchen sink" kind of person when it comes to salad. I like a mix of Romaine and Iceberg lettuce, with tomatoes, black and Spanish olives, cucumbers, celery, bell peppers (tri-color), croutons, shredded sharp cheddar, carrots, purple cabbage, freshly chopped bacon, salt and pepper with a healthy dose of Ranch dressing. It's so yummy.
