I mostly like cheddar. The sharper the better. I also like pepperjack and Monterey Jack. American is great for grilled cheese, swiss for Rueben sandwich, mozzarella on pizza, etc.

I like most everything on that list, and I limited myself in my choosing only because there were a few on that list that I've never had.

What about feta cheese? Gotta love the feta. Even, though, I suppose that's a type of goat cheese, isn't it?

Fried cheese curds are amazing, too.
