do you get up just before you have to be out the door? throw your stuff on, grab your stuff and go? or do you wake up and give yourself time to wake up fully, and follow a routine? Im one of those people that are begging for five more minutes haha!

I get up at the last minute, throw on my clothes and go. Then at work have my five minutes of drinking coffee.

This is a hilarious video about being late for work from Dane Cook.

"If you have to be there at 9, you wake up at like 8:54, just enough time to do NOTHING"

On the days I work, I still have My Man to often take care of first, usually at 5:30 AM or around there, then I have kids to get out the door, then I have to get ready.

I try to schedule patients after 10:00 AM if I can, so I can take my time getting ready, reading the chart, gathering my supplies, planning a route to their houses and not rushing.

I'm a snoozer, I snooze the alarm for as long as I can then rush to get ready and out the door to make it there just in time.

I like to get up and have some time to just hang out and drink some coffee, and then spend some time getting ready!

I roll out of bed, brush my teeth and hair, get dressed and go. I eat breakfast while I'm there, since we open at 9 and I'm usually there at 6. Showers and things like that can wait until I'm home.

I'm a "snooze for an hour" kinda guy.

On work days, I usually get up two and a half hours before I'm scheduled to be in. 30 min for showering and all other "bathroom things", 30 min for balancing my checkbook, checking email, etc., 30 min to get dressed (I hate being rushed), a 15 min "buffer zone" in case I'm running late, and hop in the car with 45 min to spare (it's only a 30-or-so minute drive to work, but I like to give myself the extra time in case I get caught in traffic or want to stop for coffee).

My off days are determined by whatever time my son wakes me up.

I purposely set my alarm for an hour before I actually have to get out of bed. Otherwise, I would never make it on time.

I wake up without the aid of an alarm approx three hours before I begin work. I arrive at work one hour early by choice for office hours and to relax while having a cup of coffee in the classroom.

Depends... if I have to wake up in the morning, I usually just throw some shit on and go. But I usually don't have to be at work until the afternoon, so I have time.

It totally depends on the day of the week--mondays and thursdays (the beginning of my work week, and the day of the week my schedule is bumped up, and I start my shift 3 hours earlier than normal) I'm all like, "Just give me five more minutes..." but the rest of the week, I get up two hours before i leave so I can awaken in peace.

I get up pretty much last minute. I give myself a minute or two to stare off blankly, but that's it.

I try to milk every last minute, but at the same time I have to shower get my uniform and pack a lunch

I've tried doing it when I get home but I'm just so dang exhausted in the AM that I just fall into bed

I go to work at 4 PM (I'm a food server) so being rushed in the morning is not an issue for me. It usually takes me about half an hour to get ready including showering, makeup, etc.

I don't always have a set time to be at work, I work in nail design so I can usually get enough sleep. I still prefer last min. The more sleep, the better! Lol

I definitely sleep as late as possible! My brain does this fuzzy math where I'm like "Ok, if I need to be there at 9... I really have to get up by 8:57".

I am NOT a morning person, so I build in JUST enough time to get out of the door with a shower (or not...), getting dressed and minimal make-up. Protein bars are great breakfast for the road and I can usually get coffee wherever I'm headed.

I'm a routine girl. Not out of choice, but necessity. If I don't follow the schedule to the minute, the whole gang is off for the rest of the day.
