Ok, so what do you do when the phone rings in sex.

I was so close to an orgasm as my husabnd was giving me oral. Then the phone rings. I always check it just in case something happens.

I hate the phone. Half the time I don't answer it if I'm doing nothing at all. If it's within reach during the act, I just might throw it! Thankfully my man is the same way.. I would be furious if he answered the phone during sex!

WOW.......I guess my thought is always what if its an emergency or someone calling to me someone I greatly care about is on there way to the hospital and may no even make it there

Depends on the situation. Usually check it because I want to make sure my son is OK and if I'm having sex obviously he isn't with me! Lol

It depends. If my daughter is at the sitter and we are havin at it and the phone rings, yes I check because it could be something wrong with her.

Now if she is snuggled in her bed and we are locked in our bedroom, it just rings.

Depends on which phone is ringing. If it's our house phone, we never answer that, so straight to the machine it goes (yes, I *still* have a physical answering machine). If it's my cell, all the "important" people have their own ringtone so I know who it is without even looking.

And if it's my mom calling, and I don't answer, she'll call three more times in rapid succession, which is kind of a mood killer

I agree. My boyfriend and I have no kids and we're adults, and my sister is an adult and such, nobody ever calls us, usually it's one of his friends just wanting to chill.

We don't have caller id so we always have answered when anybody has called. Especially if we were expecting a cll we would answer. We then finish after wards or continue later during the day if we lost the mood.

Depends on whether it is Sigel's work phone ringing. He is an independent contractor so when the phone rings it's work calling no matter what. If it's the home phone then we will usually let it go to voice mail and answer it after we are finished.
If Arch's phone rings he will generally snarl something unintelligible and the person knows to call back later or just not call again! LOL He is NOT amused to be interrupted during sex.

Only once while I was with Mulder ... it was his estranged wife wanting to know what he was doing ... Him: "I'm fucking, now go away!" Her (loud enough for me to hear): "Are you on his ass or is he on your ass?" Him: "Shut the fuck up. No wonder I left you." Click. (If you haven't figured it out already, I'm female, but she had no idea who I was - just a vague, shadowy figure her separated husband was seeing and not advertising about.)

I never actually gave the idea any thought, as there was nothing sexual going on while with my own husband so there was never the 'answer the phone or not' debate. I suppose I'll deal with it later if/when I get involved again.

The only time I'd even check was if the children weren't home and it could be concerning them. But, if they're home and sleeping then obviously they're ok and anyone else can wait until we're done!

We're usually having sex at night though, and so it'd be very odd for someone to be calling us at 11-12 at night!

LOL, not me anytime during the day my phone will ring. I mean its like seriously people go to bed. But ile have friends call at 330 in the morning to talk about nothing specific just random stuff.

Yea, if our friends need to reach us after a certain hour they'll text first. It's a lot less intruding to just send a text. Then the most you get is a little beep or whatever the notification is, and the person can choose to write back if they're not busy.

For us people don't call at night. If someone is calling something is likely either wrong or they have a wrong number.
