I am not talking everyday stress like when you hear really bad news or something terrible happens, how do you react.
I go into super women mode, my sister is the same way. I clean, organize and get ready for the storm. What ever it may be. When someone I love ends up in the hospital their house is clean and care package is made. When someone dies, I step up to the plate and become the organizer of the estate. I don't do it for the praise, I do it because it clears my mind.
My mom, she is a crumbler, she just dives right in to emotion and deals with it as it comes. At least she has a daughter that will help through it. Every person deals with it differently, how do you?
