Im getting tired its almost 1 so im off to bed. what time do you go to bed usually?

Whenever I get tired. Sometimes it's early, and sometimes it's later. right now it's 3:55AM where I am and I'm still awake. I do nap occasionally though so that's probably why I'm still awake.

I work night shift, 7PM to 7am so I am usually awake most nights that I am off unless I get a long string of days off. Some nights I go to bed at 0600 in the morning.

I usually go to sleep anywhere from 11 am to 3 pm, sometimes later if I need to do something during the afternoon. I work from 10 pm to 7 am.

I'm an early morning person. Usually no later than 9pm unless it's a special occasion. Although, I've been known to sleep a few new years eve in.

We go to bed pretty early compared to most younger people Lately we've been getting into be around 11 or so, but we don't fall asleep until about an hour later.

I go to bed by 11 but can't fall asleep till around 12-1
