Around 6-7 am during the week. On the weekends it depends but I'm usually up by 9 am.

Usually around 7, I don't use an alarm usually though, I just wakee up when I'm ready. I don't sleep later on days off though. I think it's good to be consistent whev possible to go to bed and wake up at roughly the same time.
