My favorite dairy milk is 'Natrel' skin milk. It's very thin, but still has the flavor I enjoy. For soy milk though, I love 'So good' in all flavors. Finally 'almond milk' chocolate flavor is probably my favorite drink out there. In recent weeks I found that dairy has been making my sick, so I've been exploring soy options more, and I can honestly say they are much better. Though the taste can sometimes take getting use to.

Coconut milk is my favorite. I don't really like dairy milk that much.

Whole milk.

Skim

2% is my preference. But I will drink others with no complaint.

1%..

Almond milk for me. I used to drink plain Silk but the taste kinda gets tiring after drinking it for months straight.

Unhomogenised organic milk. Fat content is not that important. Full fat is a little tastier, but I stick to 1% fat.

Almond Milk...Dark Chocolate only.
04/17/2013
2%, almond, and coconut milk.
04/17/2013
I use skim milk, but it's not often I drink it right out of the carton.

I grew up on skim milk, so to me its the norm. I occasionally buy soy milk just as a treat. It's like drinking a milkshake.
04/17/2013
2% is the norm, but I enjoy chocolate soy milk.

I tend to stick with unsweetened almond or hemp milk.

I don't consume dairy products of any kind, with the exception of butter sometimes.
The proteins in cow milk are not really meant for human consumption and many people have allergies or sensitivities to cow milk products and don't even realize it. (Butter does not have any appreciable Bovine IgA proteins, so it's safer for many.)
I cook with soy milk and use rice milk, soy milk or coconut milk ice cream once in a while.

2 % is where it's at.

Two percent or skim, though I also use Almond milk for a lot of things.
04/17/2013
almond milk

I'm not a big milk drinker but I prefer 2% over anything else. I'm somewhat lactose intolerant so I don't have much when I have it.

I use soy milk if I'm going to be drinking milk at all. I'm not a milk fan.

Silk Light Vanilla is delicious. If I'm drinking regular milk, it HAS to be skim; anything else seems to thick.

in Russia popular 2.5 and 3.2% milk.
04/17/2013
I love 2%, but actually coconut is also great for cooking.
