Man I can't decide between heart and bones. I mean I want to say broken heart, but if you break a leg bone you literally can't do anything for months.
Nah, I'm going with bones. Sure it heals in time but for that time if you break a major bone you can be useless for months and they don't always heal back to 100%.

I can't say for sure since I've never really broken a major bone, but I think a broken heart (from anything death or loss of a loved one, pet, relationship loss, being hurt extremely badly in whatever way, or whatever) is something that I've said more than once is the worst kind of pain in the world, second is pain (toothache, contractions, perhaps a broken bone?)

Pretty sure a broken electronic would make me cry for sure, but goodness. I can eventually, at some point, surely, buy another. Not the same with a loved one being out of your life or gone for good.

Heart...you can buy new electronics, bones hurt like hell but heal stronger, however--a heart that is 'broken' never quite seems to heal fully. There is doubt, insecurity and pain where there was once love and happiness.

After having my ribs broken, I definitely choose bone. My chest is so much weaker now. However, if my boyfriend were to leave me, I have no idea what I'd do. I cannot even imagine the pain.

When someone truly suffers a broken heart, I get upset with them. I've hugged complete strangers. :/

A broken heart sucks!

I said bones, because I'll suffer emotional pain over physical pain any day. I would never wish a broken heart on anyone, don't get me wrong. But I broke my tailbone once, and it's never been the same since.

I snapped my leg, the two bones in the lower part, clean apart! And I can honestly say that my broken heart eight months later hurt worse than anything I experienced with my broken leg!

Nothing worse than a broken heart. Though I've never broken a bone....and I hope it stays that way!

I would like to hope that most things such as a broken bone or heart will mend. I don't even remember the pain, physical or mental, when it comes to a time in my life my heart broke because of a partner - and while my heart broke bad over the loss of a close friend, time mended those wounds and i'm only affected by the latter (in both positive and negative ways). And while i've never had a broken bone, i've had an infection due to gallstones which i could not pass and that was the absolute worst physical pain of my life and i thought i was literally dying. So if thats comparable to breaking a bone, i'd have to go with a broken limb - not to mention, those sometimes dont heal properly or become infected and have to be surgically removed. i see that being a little worse than a broken heart.

The broken heart still hurts.

Broken electronics for sure, especially if it's something bigger and not under a warranty anymore.
05/07/2013
Yeah broken electronics or broken bones would make me frown the most.

Heart and bones. Bones really depend on the bone and how badly it's broken, though

I totally think that it depends on the situation. There are little heart-breaks, like watching your kid move out of the country or something. Me breaking my leg would be much less painful than someone on a Track scholarship who couldn't run anymore. As far as electronics... My phone breaking would be nothing, but my TAs laptop with her Thesis work on it?
In short, I think it depends on the situation!

Hearts, but mostly because I've never broken a bone so I don't know what that feels like. I'm guessing it hurts a lot.

Broken hearts, from experience. I also voted broken bones, but only by seeing others -- I've somehow managed to go 20 years without any major broken bones.
