There are many kinds of vegetarians... some are combinations, and some actually eat meat on occasion, or because they feel like they would look out of place in a public setting (these are semi-vegetarians), or only eat chicken (pollo vegetarian). I personally, for example, am a lacto, ovo, presco, pollo vegetarian, which means I choose to eat eggs, milk, seafood, and chicken. A vegan by definition is someone who avoids ALL milk, egg, and meat products. what are you?
What kind of vegetarian are you?

My husband and I went vegetarian a few years ago, but due to cost restraints, lack of a normal refrigerator, and time we have gotten lax on our diet. Hoping to get back in the swing soon!

I'm an ovo-lacto vegetarian, I don't eat animals but I will eat stuff they produce. Both my partners are also vegetarian, though one is sometimes strong-armed into eating meat by relatives when she stays with them and the other has a deep love of shrimp cocktail.

It's pesco vegetarian not "presco" haha. And I'm pescetarian, so is my partner, I have been for about a decade. I don't eat any mammals, avians, reptiles, amphibians, shellfish/crustaceans/ mollusks or other invertebrates, I only eat fish (and I avoid certain kinds of fish), my partner doesn't particularly like shellfish or crustaceans but he'll eat them on occasion.

I consider myself a flexitarian, so I put semi-. I rarely eat white meat and I really dislike red meat.

Not a vegetarian. While I really don't eat much meat -- just the occasional hamburger-- I really don't have a name for myself. I just eat what I prefer. I rarely eat meat ever, except hamburger--I probably will one day, so I'm not going to go claim I'm some non-meat eater.

I eat dairy products, but no meat or seafood.

I won't eat eggs by themselves, but if they are an ingredient in something I won't put up a stink over it. I won't drink milk, but same for if it's an ingredient. I do eat yogurt and cheese to help with my calcium intake. I prefer to buy vegan cheese when I can find it over regular. I haven't found any vegan yogurt with lots of protein (I eat Greek yogurt due to the protein) that tastes good. If ever I do, I'll cut out the dairy totally.

I am not a vegetarian. I could give up meat and chicken. I already don't like seafood or fish. If I went vegetarian, I would have to still be able to eat eggs and dairy. I am from Wisconsin. Dairy products are in my blood.

I was an ovo-vegeterian for almost a year, now I eat the occasional piece of chicken meat or fish. I hope to go back to vegeterianism in the near future.
