What kind of socks do you wear?

It may sound odd, but I am really picky about them, like too short and they start to rub off and down into the shoe, too long and they bother me. Given the choice I go barefoot around the house and sandals as much of the year as I can, but work uniforms don't give me that choice. I may have not gotten the right name for these, it's tricky and varies, so I included the where the top cuts off.

What do you wear day to day if you wear them? Are you picks about your socks, like wearing them inside out because the seam at the toe bugs you?

I can't stand sock much above my ankle except when I have boots on.

I don't hardly ever wear socks! I have them and occasionally wear them around the house but not often at all. In the winter I wear flip flops or heels so I have no room for socks lol

I like long, cute & sexy striped pixie socks in the winter & if I'm not wearing flip flops, I like them just above the ankle for comfort during the other seasons, or below the ankle so they can't be seen under my sneakers.

When I was younger I always had to wear my socks inside out, the seam drove me nuts. As an adult I'm okay with for the most part. Majority of the time I don't wear socks, I'll go barefoot in the house, sandals as often as I can and slippers if my feet are cold. Sometimes in the winter I like those super fuzzy slipper socks, but when they start to get matted down I lose interest.

Most of my family has what we call "sock issues" too. My youngest had to have her socks inside out, and when she was younger would spend a long time arranging her socks so they wouldn't bother her. I had to bribe her to wear socks in the winter by telling her she'd get Toe Jam that she could pick later. (Yeah, gross, but she was three! Toe Jam is fun to toddlers and preschoolers.)

I can not stand holes in my socks or wet socks. ONE drop of water on my sock and I have to change them.

I go barefoot most of the summer, but wear slippers in the house in the colder weather, because I might step on wet! My Man never takes off his shoes in the house and washes his hands in the sink and shakes them over the floor, so my floors are always a danger zone for me.

Quarter socks for sneakers and boots, trouser socks with long skirts and dress pants, stockings with shorter skirts and feel like it, and slipper socks for when I only wear flats. All for when I go out. I avoid pantyhose as much as possible due to heat rash. XP

I just wear slides/flip-flops around the house all year because Florida weather allows that sort of thing.

I usually wear sandles. so no socks. but if I MUST.. its usually ankle or below ankle. I love toe socks too

I wear no show socks with my athletic or work shoes and usually knee high socks with my boots. I have some boots that go almost to my knee that rub uncomfortably on my legs, so I need taller socks to protect my legs. I don't wear any socks with any of my other shoes.

The highest I let my socks go is just above the ankle. For the record, I have several pairs of knee highs and thigh highs, but those are just for special occasions.

i prefer to wear flip flops till it's so cold that my toes might freeze off if i don't wear shoes. i wear short socks when i do wear shoes, & sometimes knee socks around the apt when it's cold.

I tend to wear a lot of sandals once it gets warm out (and even when it isn't!) but when I have to wear socks it's pretty much exclusively knee socks.

Most of the time I wear those colourful "KB" socks from Costco - the ones that go to just below your ankle. I also wear hose sometimes (got some great purple ones) and toe tocks. The rest of the time I wear flip flops!

I suppose you mean during sex? If I'm wearing socks, they are usually my regular socks, which are ankle. Or if it's Fridays and I'm dressing up, thigh high/knee high,

Oh man, I hate wet socks. I get mad if someone has tracked water onto the bathroom floor and my socks get wet.

Me too, i despise soggy socks. My ex boyfriend used to drip water all over the bathroom floor after taking a shower & it drove me bonkers!

I've always loved pattern socks, and was so tickled when I found them for cheap at Target. But they are not suited to women with large or wide feet. I have cute socks for St Patrick's day and other holidays from there, some fit and others don't. It's very annoying since it's not consistent.

I'm not allowed on Sock Dreams without permission, they have soooooo many socks that I want, even sexy styles in plus sizes!
