I like to use free weights, and then do some swimming or stationary biking.

I walk A LOT... I like to run on the treadmill at the gym or use the rowing machine but that one always kicks my butt. I do sit ups and crunches. And I just recently took up yoga.

Horseback riding (trust me, it's a workout), walking, elliptical machine, jumping rope. I used to love running, but my knees don't agree with that anymore....
