I loveee cheddar cheese. Be it medium or sharp. I honestly love funky smelling cheese! The funkier the better in my opinion. Weird I know. I also love blue cheese and feta cheese, especially when they are put in my salads. I love all kinds of cheese. How about you? What is your favorite kind of cheese.

Actually, my least favorite cheese is American cheese food (what you feed cheese?)

Toasted Feta on a pizza or in a spring mix salad with apples and pecans with raspberry dressing...YES PLEASE!

I love mozzarella, and cheddar, provolone is good also.

Pepper Jack. Swiss. Provolone. Also pepperoni and cheese. Feta. Mozzerella. I am not a big fan of American, though.
